Great app, (no notification)

A great app, with pass code within app so no need to have a passcode on phone just because you have your work email installed. I am used to use Microsoft office and this has almost everything I need in the cell phone except for the "notification" function that never works! Microsoft please fix it it has been so long people asking you ... Thx
