No repairs being done

For months now, the only way to get this app to start working again after the last update on an iPhone, has been to delete and reinstall it. After this, the 2nd problem is that notifications and badge counts are not working. There doesnt seem to be any work being done to fix these issues; but of course, as usual, the app does ask us to write these reviews, which no one from MS is reading.
